OVERVIEW
This course is ran as a boot camp.  Here are the two different descriptions of the courses that were combined:

Administering Cisco Unified Communications Manager (ACUCM) 3 day, instructor-led course that teaches administrators how to perform the most frequently requested administrative tasks for Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and IP phone installations. The course will provide the skills and knowledge necessary to handle the addition of users, changing of user preferences, basic phone installation, and all the day-to-day management needs that are associated with IP telephony system. The course lecture is based on Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0.

The AUC v8.0 ILT course focuses on instructing Cisco Unity Connection administrators in the skills necessary to perform their day-to-day job functions. The course covers the features, options, and configuration settings of Cisco Unity Connection as they apply to an administrator.
 

PREREQUISITES

  • ACUCM: The knowledge and skills a learner must have before attending this course include basic networking and telephony knowledge.
  • Students can sit just ACUCM or just AUC if they prefer, for a discounted price off this five day class. Please contact SLI for pricing for this option.
